Delivery Information​

Free PK Delivery

All orders placed within Pakistan include free delivery. Standard delivery times vary by location:

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar): 2-4 working days
  • KPK Region (Mardan, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Swat): 2-3 working days
  • Punjab & Sindh Cities: 3-5 working days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.

Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted Pakistani courier services:

  • TCS Express – Most orders, nationwide coverage
  • Leopards Courier – Alternative service, major cities
  • M&P Courier – Regional deliveries in KPK

You will receive SMS and WhatsApp notifications with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to Rs 25,000. A small COD handling fee may apply. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

Delivery Process

  1. Order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp
  2. Tracking number provided within 24 hours
  3. Delivery updates via SMS
  4. WhatsApp support available during delivery

If you’re unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery the next working day or contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address includes:

  • Complete street address with house/building number
  • Nearby landmark for easy location
  • Contact phone number (WhatsApp preferred)
  • City and postal code

Delivery Restrictions

Our couriers deliver to ground-floor locations. For upper-floor deliveries in apartment buildings, please meet the courier at the building entrance.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No one available to receive (for COD orders)
  • Inaccessible location

The parcel will be returned to our Mardan facility. Redelivery may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We insure all shipments during transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

  2. Provide photos if package is damaged
  3. We’ll arrange replacement or full refund within 48 hours

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage within 3 days of receipt.
